Wenn ihr bis spätestens 2 Wochen vor Festivalbeginn keine Rückfahrtszeit reserviert, planen wir eure Rückfahrt nach verfügbarer Kapazität ein. Eure Wunschzeit kann dann nicht garantiert werden und es kann zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen.

Return Policy
REFUND POLICY All ticket and shuttle purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer. Shuttle transportation is confirmed only if the minimum required number of participants is reached. If a shuttle minimum is not reached, customers will have the following options: • receive a refund for the shuttle transportation fee only OR • keep their festival ticket and arrange their own transportation. Refunds will not be issued for: • missed departures • late arrivals • personal schedule changes • transportation delays outside organizer control • weather conditions • failure to attend the event In case of force majeure, safety issues, government restrictions or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to modify schedules, transportation arrangements or event programming without additional compensation. By purchasing a ticket or shuttle service, customers agree to these terms.
