Event organizers are responsible for:

Tickora is not responsible for the organization, quality or execution of events.
4. Ticket Purchases
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:
- Tickets are subject to the event organizer’s terms
- All sales are final unless stated otherwise
- Entry may be denied if tickets are invalid or misused
5. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers.
Tickora:
- Does not store full payment details
- Is not responsible for payment processing errors
6. Refunds
Refund policies are set by the event organizer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Tickets are non-refundable
- No refunds for no-shows
In case of cancellation:
- Refunds may be issued according to organizer policy
7. Platform Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tickora is not liable for:
- Event cancellations or changes
- Losses related to event participation
- Technical issues beyond our control
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Tickora, including branding, design and software, is owned by Tickora and may not be copied or used without permission.
